Complete Freedom Hub
Task: 
Engage with the 18-35 consumer audience to showcase how St.George is the leader in innovative and flexible banking.

Solution:
Through targeted data, using Adobe's AEM platform we were able to segment relevant contextual data and offers, based on the customers’ personal details and preferences. We created an online hub that brought together all products, services and features into one eco-system. 

 

Home Loans Hub & Advanced Home Loan calculator
Task: 
Consolidate a fragmented set of pages and features regarding Home Loans for all personal customers into one central space.

Solution:
Through qualitative and quantitative research we uncovered how and why people choose a specific bank for their home loans. We wanted to understand the motivations, frustrations and features and task they are most likely to want to use.

One of the stand-out features we created was an advanced home loan calculator. There were many other financial calculators in the market that told customers how much their repayments would be and how much it all costs, but not many gave the extra details to show you how easy it is to bring down the repayments and own your home sooner. The extra repayments section proved that the bank showed transparency and empathy in helping customers understand more about making sounder financial decisions.

 

Credit card educational tool for staff

Task: 
Educate front-line staff about the range of credit cards on offer from the bank in a fun and engaging way.

Solution: 
The Decision Tree - An interactive dynamic Q&A tool that helped educate staff about the benefits associated with each card. This helped simplify the process for them but importantly helped give tailored advice for customers.
