Richard Smith

I’m a senior product and design leader with 15+ years of experience shaping and scaling experience design across digital platforms, brands, and customer ecosystems. I’ve led small and large design teams, built and scaled enterprise design systems, and launched experiences used by millions - spanning banking, health, media, retail, and government sectors. My background bridges product, design, and strategy, and I’m passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams that are values-driven and deliver real value to both customers and businesses. I believe great design is systems-aware, outcome-driven, and human at its core.
