Business problem:
How do we improve workflow efficiencies in Audi service centres?

Idea: 
A product designed to help digitise workflow for any work carried on in the garage.
Through entering a few simple details, users were able to input data for upcoming services, repairs and also draw various reports on workflow. 

Effectiveness: 
This tool has several benefits. Not only are franchises able to track their jobs, Head Office were able to view at a glance how the business' were performing.

Post work, this also gave the business a digitsed version that kept records of things such as VIN chassis numbers, the technician booked on the job and other data related to the customer's vehicle.
