Business problem:
How do you attract only the best graduates? How do you sort the good from the bad? ALDI only wanted the best graduates to apply for their graduate management scheme, so we created a microsite that would challenge even the smartest brains across Australia.
Solution: A series of challenges in the form of short games were set up to test the applicants. The games were based around memory, skill, puzzles and scenario based exercises all with an end results summary that told ALDI more than just what was on the CV and made sure they only got candidates that were really interested in the job.
